Title: Tenure Track Job Ad
The Wheaton College Department of Psychology invites applications for a tenure-track assistant professorship in developmental psychology with a specialization in multicultural psychology. The department seeks a colleague who shares their commitment to liberal arts education in the context of a gender-balanced, culturally diverse curriculum and community. The nine-member department provides a supportive intellectual and social context for the development of new colleagues, including fully paid, pre-tenure sabbaticals for one semester. The department enjoys rich interdisciplinary and community connections.

Requirements: All candidates should be prepared to teach a course in multicultural psychology, developmental psychology and a lab in developmental and to participate in the department's year-long, collaboratively taught, methods course. The department seeks an innovative teacher/scholar who will actively involve students in research, including senior honors theses, and participate in shaping the evolving curriculum.
