I had a student in a CPR class in the late 80's who told me he couldn't do CPR because his wrists were too weak, and was shocked (and I mean shocked) that I wouldn't pass him despite his inability to perform CPR. He threatened a lawsuit - and the amazing thing is that he didn't need it (e.g., for a lifeguarding job), he was just taking it because he thought everyone should know it.
