The article in question is not .pdf, and this causes the problem. So, short of getting it from another Library, the page numbers are not accessible. Any other possible solutions?
If this is a single paper, you might simply ask someone who has access to look up the page numbers for you (giving them section and paragraph information to help assist their search).
If this a mere assignment rather than a paper for publication, then you could ease up on the APA rule about giving page citations for quotations.
