I thought of sending this exclusively to Christopher Green, but figured there are many historians out there in TIPS land.  Recall that I am teaching History of Psych. to 1 student.  Thanks to ALL of you who gave me great ideas.

Beginning with a suggestion from Chris, one thing I'm having the student work on is researching how introspection had been applied to memory tasks, and to see if we can replicate any of the work.  Mller (G.E.) (and perhaps nobody else) had apparently done a lot on this but unfortunately, I don't think his work was ever translated.  Sooo, my question for you all is: do any of you have a copy of Mller's Zur Analyse der Gedachtnistatigkeit und des Vorstellungsverlaufes and/or know if it was ever translated?  According to Boring (1929) there were 3 volumes (1911, 1913 & 1917) and the first 1/3 of the first volume is dedicated to introspection (not that I know German, but this student does :)

Thanks kindly

Patrick
