[I am sorry for the inconvenience of the cross-posting.] As part of our university's revision of the Core Curriculum, we are being asked to justify the inclusion of Intro Psych as a course that can meet the requirements of the Social Science elective. I realize that our justification will, in large part, be a response to the specific guidelines given by the Core Curriculum committee but I would like any interested party's input on how a course in Introductory Psychology can help to meet the goals or a liberal arts education. Any ideas will be appreciated even if you just have a few phrases or concepts to suggest. Thank you for your help.
