The post on hindsight bias got me thinking about the 9/11 Commission. Certainly the members will have a hard time putting themselves back in the mindset of NOT knowing that the 9/11 tragedy was going to happen. I think it will be very difficult to figure out what could have or should have been done, if anything, under the circumstances.
This sound like a good issue to relate to the hindsight bias in class.
