I was unable to find rap songs that were as
pessimistic as the Eurocentric songs mentioned.
As the leading Cross-cultural dude on TIPS and
a mobile DJ,my speculation is that Eurocentric
songs depicting mental problems are more personal
guilt oriented and low self-esteem based.
The rap songs may hit hard on the individual but there is always the element of
overcoming issues
through physical,moral and social struggles.
