I see where this is going...again!  You are so terribly predictable:  Please don't start up with your characteristically self-righteous and antagonistic responses to legitimate exploration.  Or, do take it off list as you so often do. 

Mike is directly on target:  you not so deftly avoided the true spirit and content of Doug's post...as usual.    Doug didn't offer up a counterpoint based in research, he merely questioned your perpetual and predictable implication (he even slid you a compliment to boot).  And, you come back with such not so passive-aggressive drivel.  But, then, keeping things civil never was one of your strong points.  Mine either.

To the rest of us,
Since Rush, I mean Louis, is so oblivious to negative feedback and lacking in even the most rudimentary ability to engage in honest/constructive discourse, I would encourage the rest of us to just leave him to his own monologues and not encourage his unprofessional and vacuous argumentative style.  He need only be right in his own mind..apparently there is no room in there for competition.
