Christine, Below is a copy of an overhead I use in my abnormal psychology class. I think people overuse the term confidentiality, which is a legal term with very precise meanings. Only a few selected professional and ministers have a legal right to confidentiality so I prefer to make a personal appeal and avoid the use of the term.
IV.
