Greetings Colleagues,
Our Department recently completed a 5-year review and one of the suggestions for thinking ahead to the next 5 years was to spend some time developing a vision statement. The main thrust of the suggestion was to "dream" or think of what would be an ideal psychology department within the coming years.
I would greatly appreciate any suggestions that you have developed as a
result of a similar process of "thinking ahead".
