I am looking for information on copyright
laws and using videos found on the web as stimuli in an experiment.
An student of mine needs an ~8 minute video clip to serve essentially
as a filler task in an experiment. She came up with the freely
available BMW clips from http://usa.bmwfilms.com/ that are short
stories of a James Bond like person doing something wonderful for the world
while zooming around in one of their cars. This is a snippet of what
the site says about the clips:

Thoughts? Advice?
Thanks kindly
