Just to alert all our Southern Cousins, Stephen is not alone in feeling that we Canucks (including the former USAnian, me) have a National Destiny to civilize our southern neighbors. We've appointed a Royal Commission to look into it, and in a year or two they will write a report which nobody will read. So look out!
