Hi, everybody. I've had TIPS set to no mail for the past several months, but today out of the blue I started getting messages again. I tried to find the list administrator, but apparently it's not Bill anymore and I can't figure out how to let the administrator know I had this problem just in case others have also had this problem. I suppose if others have had this problem, somebody has hacked in. Please forgive my sending to the whole list,
