It's news to me if it's out of print. Open Court have not notified me that
this is the case, and the paperback version was certainly available a year
or two ago. Amazon.com does not indicate that it is not in print; but, on
the other hand, it seems as if only second-hand copies are available from
that web page! Amazon seems a better bet than Barnes and Noble � there are
rather more copies available there.

Apparently, it is not in stock at amazon.com (US), but is in stock at
amazon.co.uk.

But you can get a used copy from amazon (US)
