As difficult as this is to say, I need to inform you that my Dad passed away on 11/18/04. There where complications from surgery that involved the throat, heart and lungs. With all that he has endured over the last 3 years, this was too much pain and suffering for anyone. We are so thankful that he in a far better place without the pains.
He, and my Mom, do not want flowers, a funeral service, or any fanfare. We are having a small brief Memorial at the UNM Alumni Chapel. He did ask that anyone wishing to do something in memory of him donate to the Quad-L Trust Fund, UNM Psychology Dept, Logan Hall, ABQ, N M 87131. If you have any fun memories they can be sent to the same place.
I thank you all for your years with my father. I am sorry that you had to learn of this by e-mail. Dad’s circle of important people is to far flung to do this any other way.
