TIPSfolk, I'm thinking about engaging in a study investigating how university students select their instructors (i.e., what characteristics do they use?). I'm particularly interested in looking at ethnic matching between instructor and student. I'm wondering if anyone at a relatively diverse university might be interested in collaborating with me to develop and conduct surveys.
