The article, which generally debunks this claim, notes a contrary result:

"In a study of older Jewish men, Dr. Phillips found a 25 percent dip
in deaths from all causes just before Passover, and a 25 percent
increase in the week or so after".

In other words, eating matzoh can kill! Does the FDA know about this?
