In that case, you won't enjoy the September, 1997 issue of
_Psychiatric Annals_, which was devoted to the psychiatry (and
biology) of "wickedness":

   Neither the International Classification of Diseases (ICD) or the
   DSM recognize wickedness as a mental disorder. However, most wicked
   behaviors are antisocial and qualify for the diagnostic code V71.01
   (antisocial behavior). However, by definition of the V code, this
   qualification does not make the wicked behavior a mental disorder.
   Ways in which psychiatrists can contribute to treating wickedness
   are also discussed."
