OK, if we're going to go to the dearly departed, there's Doug Henning
(1947-2000): B.Sc. Honours Psychology, McMaster University, 1970,
yet another magician. I was a grad student there at the time.
And we can't forget his later career as the public face of the Natural
Law Party of Canada, which argued (or at least stated) that problems
ranging from the federal debt to world peace could be solved by
transcendental meditation.

Gone to the dark side. Another psychology major gone to the dark side
though not a magician is Kenneth Wapnick. Good Canadian magician and
psych major, the Amazing Kreskin never went there. He always claimed
that there was a natural explanation for what he was showing you ("be
informed that these are tricks").
