Here are two possible solutions:
Chapter 12 in Shaughnessy et al (2006) discusses CIs and shows an example of
a passage in a results section.
The Nicol and Pexman (APA book) on Presenting Your Findings....tables shows
how to put CIs into a table (see chapter 14).

I found in the APA manual where they suggest reporting confidence
