In a different thread, Ken Steele recommended to Mike Palij that he contact Kerlinger and Lee regarding the status of Miller & Dicara's work. It seems to me that Daryl Bem would be equally appreciative if Mike Kane and Jim Clark would similarly contact him with their concerns about his work.
