I suggest that ISETL might consider adding to its list of education
journals with an online presences:
(a) James Rhem's great "National Teaching and Learning Forum" [NTLF
(2006)] - the February 2006 issue is now available and includes the
free "Do Engineering Faculty Know What's Broken" [Goel (2006)], and
"Nutrition for Neurons-Firing Up Fractal Networks: Educating in
Fractal Patterns XV" [Nuhfer (2006)];
(b) American Journal of Physics [AJP (2006)]: includes many Physics
Education Research articles, e.g., most recently Lorenzo et
al.(2006); and
(c) Physical Review Special Topics - Physics Education Research
[PRST-PER (2006)]: a FREE peer reviewed electronic-only journal, with
PER pioneer Robert Beichner as editor and Nobel Laureate Carl Wieman
as Chair of the Editorial Board.

In my posts "Re: Symposium on Copyright at a Crossroads" [Hake
(2006a,b,c)], I argued - even despite the naysayers - for recognition
of the "fair use" [CLS (2006)] provision of U.S. Copyright law.
