Even though it's in the Chronicle (1) I'd like to see their source
evidence--what is the level of their 'tie'; and (2) I'd like to see
the evidence that this would show why this tie is necessarily a bad
thing--how would the diagnostic criteria be manipulated to favor
drugs, or particular drugs?
