One would assume that outsourcing began when American companies began setting up business in India and Asia but long before that it appears that American Psychology began attributing ideas to Europeans and Russians even though the discoveries were first made in the U.S,for example William James wrote the Principles and Twitmyer discovering classical conditioning. It is about time we begin to appreciate our discovers.God save us from another European like Bettelheim(sp).
