Yes, I did note such but only after I had printed the article.  I also
must state (and will do so publically also) that the article you and a
colleague wrote on how to develop and write a research paper was also
astonishing in it's clarity and thoroughness.  In my next post, I will
give proper credit to Stephen Black and the other fellow.  I know of
Stephen from this listserv and when I saw his name as contributor, my
first reaction was, well, of course, as his contributions to the listserv
are terrific.  Again, thanks to you all for your generousity.  That
particular quality of folks on this listserv never ceases to amaze.
