Just heard that teens are hard-wired for instant gratification. This hard-wired explanation reminds me of the abuse excused explanation. Where is the news media getting this type of explanation?Supposedly delay of gratification only takes place with a developped pre-frontal cortex,but this happens later on in life by age 25.
