Of all the countries in the Spanish speaking Americas,Afro-Cubans integral part of Cuban Society.There are blacks in the countries,but they are almost marginal in Peru,Bolivia,Colombia but the El commanhdante has utilized blacks to represent Cuba in sports,entertainment and the other international avenues.When the El Commandante comes to the U.S he stays in Harlem.And Cuban music is filled with African rhythms.
