Annette- the "copy the original, keep the copy and send on the original" post
will work (except that the tape may age slightly faster due to all the temp
changes in mailing). If you have the facilities (check with your IT folks, etc)
you might be able to burn a digital copy (DVD). You could send that on- it is
cheaper to mail/post and, though there is very slight signal loss possbile, the
digital copy will be much better for those making copies (whether they make
tape or digital copies). (Oh, yeah. If your IT folk are busy, most campuses
have some kind of student digital media center- ours helps me out on many
occasions when the IT people are too busy). What is the copyright rule re
educational videos in Canada? It is difficult or impossible to understand in
the US (well, truly,. . .). Take care. I guess we all need to just chill and
remind ourselves that guns don't kill people. ;(

And, lest we forget, the recent court ruling that stated, in effect, all campus
prohibitions against firearms are unlawful and should be removed. All scary
stuff- Message- Annette and all TIPsters who are doing so- your works educating
people on these dangers are greatly appreciated!!! Tim
