And more (from Wikipedia):

It (Flemish) is used often, but because of the different definitions use of the term often is ambiguous. It should be noted that Flemish (Vlaams) is not an official designation of a language in Flanders or Belgium. These are Dutch, French and German. Since the notion 'Flemish' is a container for a number of quite different dialects of Dutch, it has little sense linguistically to treat it as one entity. "The" Flemish language doesn't exist, although the notion is used as such in every day language. Some prefer to call it 'Dutch' and may consider 'Flemish' as belittling if used by an outsider.

It looks like it's from the Netherlands (Holland).  Language is thus most likely Flemish.
Flemish is the language of Flanders (in Belgium). Dutch is the language of the Netherlands (the residents of which despise it being called "Holland," unless they happen to live in that particular region of the Netherlands).
