Michael- Ahhh, Guiness Stout and smoked salmon!! :) (The Blonde in the Black
Dress?)

Vodka- orderless and tasteless? The same heathens probably say all Scotch
tastes alike! Now for my challenge. I'm going to have to set up a test to A/B
and try and actually show I can taste the difference, no? Sounds a lot like
research to me! (Somehow I don't think I can get the department to fund that
one even if I am the chairperson!).

Sans evidence my choices:
Bourbon: Van Winkles Special Reserve 12 or 15 year old (yep- they taste
different!). This is also my wife's favorite and she doesn't really like
whisky! Do be careful as it is hard to find (and their labels are tricky!)
Woodforde is pretty darned close as are the Pappy Van Winkles.

Scotch: choic is for me! Highland Park 10 Year. the Macallan 12 year. Balvenie
Double Wood or Port Barrels both 12 year olds. (Is there something strangely
perverse about Scotch drinkers emphasis on 12 year olds?) :)

Vodka: Grey Goose (honestly, straight- if you are mixing- who can tell?)
Chopin. By the third, I'm convinced you can't tell!

Beer: Anchor Steam or Guiness (and with salmon there's no choice). Several of
Sam Adam's though that makes me trendy?

I need a winning lottery ticket or my drinking days are ceasing at 65!
BTW- Tonight- NOTHING!!! I've got to read for my intro to neuropsychology
class. We got kicked out of our classroom tomorrow and I have to teach without,
gulp, a smartboard! I'm genuinely nervous! Take care all!

The nationasl anthem of the Florida is Margaritaville.Margaritas are
usually the mixed drink of choice. Then we pour a drink,we make it
tall and strong and we call it a Hurricane.
I do not drink too much beer.I prefer Guiness stout.
