I'd assume then that he was also given the Test Banks.  That should be grounds 
for expulsion.  What an excuse.  Who can afford them?  

My experience with the textbook publishers is that they seem to be very careful 
about checking IDs before sending anything.  They check with the Administration 
if they don't already know me, as when I choose a new textbook.  I'm surprised 
publishers would be so stupid.  I have a good relationship with a couple of the 
reps, and I think it might be interesting to find out just what their 
guidelines are.  I'll let you know...
