Hi Colleen!

I'm not sure how helpful my site would be for your class, but I also use G&W
(except in my case it's for a stats course). On my site you'll find the tests
that I've given over the years (some of which make use of recent publications
for the basis of the problems), notes that I provide the students on each of
the chapters I use, and the lab exercises that I make use of (for stats). I'll
also provide a link for my Experimental Psych (Methods) page, but the labs for
that course are each unique to each semester and I haven't gotten around to
posting them. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.

Subject: [tips] Resources for Research Methods Class

Hi all,

I am a 3rd year graduate student teaching my first research methods
course. The majority of the course is centered around
statistics with a little bit of methods thrown in. And I am using the
Gravetter and Wallnau (2007) textbook. I know that one of the best ways to
teach is by using many examples that students can understand, but as a
beginning instructor I don't yet have that repertiore. Does anyone have
suggestions for useful websites that provide clear and interesting
examples that I might use as a resource when preparing for my class?
Thanks in advance for any
suggestions.

Colleen
