Sounds like Canadians. :-)
This is of some relevance, if any, only to those whose prime aim is
to avoid disappointment. In that case more relevant, especially for
Canadians, is the problem of expecting, e.g., courtesy: if you
expect it, for a minor example, at an APA convention at the bar, you
will be sorely be disappointed. :-) :-)
