Applicants should have earned Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology or Developmental Child Psychology from an APA approved graduate program by August, 2007. The Psychology Department currently has six full time professors and over 150 undergraduate majors. Responsibilities will include teaching Introductory Psychology, Research Methods, and courses related to the faculty member's specialty area. Successful candidates will have firm commitment to excellent teaching and interest in mentoring student research in area of expertise. The University has a childcare center that serves as a developmental laboratory. St. Ambrose University is a Catholic coeducational, liberal arts university affiliated with the Diocese of Davenport.
