TIPSters, The subject of grading software came up on TIPS a few weeks ago (ha, ha, just kidding...years just seem like weeks now...I think it was really a couple of years ago).
I voted for GradeQuick, which was a Macintosh program. Well, now I'm a Windows user, absolutely useless at Excel, and would be happy to find some good grading software. Googling produces a whole lot of programs that also want to get your school's name so they can send a representative out to sell the school a license to use their software. (I can't even buy my former favorite GradeQuick without signing up for a rep's appearance.) I'm willing to fork over my own dough, maybe around $50. Does anybody use a nifty little program that will work without the attending sales pitch? Beth Benoit Granite State College (and starting next week!)
