The doll study of Kenneth Clark-the first African-American President of the APA- was the only Psychology research that helped infuenced a major U.S supreme Court decision (1954 Brown vs.Board of Education). Other psychologists have appeared before Congressional hearings but their presentations were met with skepticism.
