Looking at the scoring system at:

http://www.cbc.ca/testthenation/takethetest/ttn_scorecard.pdf

for the full test available after this Sunday, I was surprised to see
that the norms distinguish between ages of 16-24, 25-34, 35-54 and 55+.
For example, if you get 34 correct, that would be 93 for a 20 year old,
a 96 for a 40 year old, a 100 for a 50 year old and a 108 for a 60 year
old. So what is average for a 50 year old is better than average for a
60 year old and worse than average for 20 and 40 year olds. It's like
they expect a slow downhill march from 24 on (although this may not be
true at all score levels). I didn't think the most common IQ tests made
such age distinctions among adult performance levels. Is this common
today?

Fun test, allegedly designed by real psychologists at the University of
Trent (Ontario) on behalf of the Canuck people's television network.
Humiliate yourself (I know I did) and possibly engage your students.

Just make sure you know more than 10 words for snow.
