It would be helpful if you were specific about what planned comparisons you had 
in mind.  Were they of the main effect for the repeated measures factor?  
Simple effects? Partitioning the interaction?  SPSS will allow you to do pretty 
much whatever meaningful planned comparisons you want.

I believe you are thinking about the post hoc procedures, not planned 
comparisons.
