A foreman approached a worker. "The cement truck is coming
tomorrow. You
have to dig a foundation trench twelve inches deep and six feet long."
The next day, just before the truck arrived, the foreman went to
the worksite
to check on the preparations for laying the foundation. What he saw did not
make him
happy. "What have you done? I told you to dig a trench twelve inches deep and
six feet
feel long. You dug a trench on six feet deep and six inches long! You've
screwed up the
construction schedule. You're fired!"
The worker had a look of amazement on his face, "But, I worked so
hard."
Make it a good day.
