I thought it was an interesting review and the book does sound interesting Mike. I am not sure if you mean a canon reflecting a basic core set of findings/principles, or a set of key books? I can't help but think of canon law and my catechism when the word is mentioned. Then dogmatism seems also to come readily to mind. Given the diverse professional and ideological perspectives in psych, and the lack of theory that could integrate different levels of analysis, I don't think we could establish consensus on either. I'd be interested in your thoughts. Cheers, Gary Gerald L. (Gary) Peterson, Ph.D. Professor, Psychology Saginaw Valley State University University Center, MI 48710 989-964-4491 [EMAIL PROTECTED]
