Actually, Bob is a real clinical psychologist. I think when he moved to SUNY at Long Island he took a sabbatical to complete a clinical internship. I was happy to see that Bob Boice got such an outstanding review.Bob was temporarilly my advisor when I was at Mizzou.He really had a pillar of print.It was he who introduced me to both animal and human ethology.I am not surprised that he applies those ethological principles to his charge of new faculty.Btw,my frequent mention that learning could be viewed as unnatural and as an artifact of domestication was an idea I borrowed from some of the graduate sessions I had with him.I used to proofread some of his pre-publications. I wonder if he still dislikes Clinical faculty? Anyone with his e-mail?
