TIPSters, When I sent the birthday message the intention was not to generate all of the thank you notes (both on and off list that have been sent) but to simply acknowledge that TIPS has been around that long. Quite frankly it simply doesn't seem like it has been 15 years and when one considers all of the technological changes that we have seen in that time frame it is amazing that this listserver still seems to serve a need.
In any case, thanks to ALL OF YOU for your kind wishes and more importantly for your contributions to TIPS - it is these contributions that have made TIPS and allowed it to survive 15 years.
