Associate Director for Technology-Enhanced Learning The Center for Excellence in Teaching & Learning at Kennesaw State University is seeking applications for a 12-month position as Associate Director for Technology-Enhanced Learning to assist in the development of technology-enhanced courses or modules for on-ground and online instructional settings (hybrid/online) and be a member of a collaborative faculty development team that proactively works with faculty to advance student learning. The primary role is pedagogical support for faculty through consulting and dissemination of relevant instructional technologies (but not direct production). Position will have faculty rank and periodically teach courses in area of discipline expertise. Candidates must minimally have a Master's degree in any discipline (as long as there is commensurate technology-based teaching experience) and 2 years higher education teaching or faculty development experience (Ph.D. is preferred, with 3 years experience); experience with technology-enhanced pedagogical and assessment strategies for effective student learning; practical experience with the scholarship of teaching and learning; ability to work with people of varying backgrounds and levels of technical proficiency.
