Now that my brain is beginning to unfurl a bit, I think it was Jim Matiya who originally directed me to Jonni's book! I haven't seen the book in a while (I think my psychology-high-school teacher daughter has it), and didn't remember Jim's contributions! It was a great little book, and I'm sure vol. 2 is good.
