The TIPS listserver is in the process of going through several
upgrades. After the upgrades, TIPS will be placed on an upgraded
server. I am going to perform one of the upgrades today, Friday, August
17th. If everything goes well, TIPS will be up by 5:00 pm today. If
not, I will do everything I can to get TIPS up and running as soon as
possible.
