THE DEPARTMENT OF PSYCHOLOGY AT DICKINSON COLLEGE invites applicants for a TENURE TRACK position beginning Fall 2008 in CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGY at the rank of Assistant Professor.
Candidates must have a Ph.D. (or be ABD) in Clinical Psychology. The strongest candidates will have training, research, or teaching experience in one of the following areas: Health Psychology, Forensic Psychology, or Neuropsychology. Ability to teach Psychopathology is a must. We are especially interested in candidates dedicated to the pursuit of excellence in both teaching and research within a liberal arts college community. Candidates should also demonstrate potential for obtaining extramural funding, for forging collaborative, cross-disciplinary relationships, and for involving students in their research. Dickinson College is a highly selective four-year, independent liberal arts college with 2300 students. It is located 20 min. west of Harrisburg, PA, and a two-hour drive from Baltimore, Washington, and Philadelphia. The typical teaching load is five courses per year in addition to supervising student research.
