I was surprised that the role of visualization was brought on this list as if it was a new phenomenon.I remembered that stuff way way back way back when systematic desentization began as aq therapeutic technique and visualization was a part of the hierarchic construction. Check out Joseph Wolpe and (the guy who rose from the dead) Lazarus. How old are some of you all guys anyway?
