I am curious as to the delination of U.S affirmative action programs and Canadian affirmative action programs.In the U.S minorities are usually black,hispanic, and other sub-groups of the population.So when York U.states that it is an EEO affrimative action employer ,what groups are being solicited. There are blacks and other minorities in Canada,but I am trying to figure out who applies for those positions on the Affirmative action track? Aleuts,Pakis ?
