The Call for Papers is now open. Remember that you must first pay your 
dues before you make a submission. Last year more than half of the 
submissions were made on the last day possible, and may have actually 
been made in the final two hours. One or two members were very angry 
when a technical glitch ultimately resulted in a paper by them or a 
student not being included in the program. This problem would have been 
easily resolved if the submission had been made even 24 hours earlier. 
Detailed instructions for submission may be accessed by clicking on 
Submit a Proposal on the EPA web site. The submission deadline is 
November 15.
