Greetings all, I have been reading on a governance model called Sociocracy. It originated from Holland, and is gaining in popularity. It is described as a truly democratic democracy, with the advantage of not creating a minority.
I will spare you all the details, but I am looking for studies on its efficacy. I had a look through our databases, but nothing turned up. Has anyone ever come across actual studies written either in French or English? I am told there are some in Dutch, but tat will not work well for me. Thanks a lot! Cheers.
